From frustration to clarity: How we work together

You are used to keeping things under control, both professionally and in your private life. An untidy insurance folder is often just another open "tab" in your head, eating up cognitive capacity. Read here how I structure your mandate step by step — at your pace, transparently, and with radical calm.

Insurance is often a complex, bureaucratic topic that is easily put off in a demanding everyday life. This is exactly where I come in: You are the CEO of your life — I act as your CEO office in the background.

My goal is to enable you to make confident decisions for your financial security without getting lost in the fine print or in detailed questions. To take the mental burden off you from the outset, I make my process fully transparent here.

This is how I structure your protection in clear, understandable steps:

1. The initial introduction

Our collaboration always begins with a short, non-binding conversation. Here it's about the basic alignment. I mainly check two things: Do we click as people? And is my methodical way of working the right solution for your current needs? If you feel understood, we take the next step. If not, our paths part professionally and simply.

2. The framework & the inventory (Digital & effortless)

If we decide to work together, we first create a clear legal framework through the broker agreement and broker power of attorney. That means: I stand legally on your side and have formal permission to speak to insurers as your fiduciary on equal footing and to keep the administrative effort off your desk.

Then I review what already exists. This happens entirely digitally. You receive (not mandatory, of course) access to the app, which serves as your clear, digital filing cabinet. To import your existing contracts there, you have a choice:

  • Scan and upload: If you want maximum efficiency, use the app to add existing insurance policies to your digital overview. I will still request the current information from the companies as a precaution, but we can start our analysis on this basis.

  • The delegation route: You simply give me the rough information you still have. With the broker authorization granted, I take care of the rest and request all further details and contract statuses directly from the respective companies for you.

I do not judge why your documents may have been deprioritized in everyday life — I organize them. At the same time, we clarify your current life situation, your professional responsibilities, and your preferences.

3. Definition of the advisory areas

The most important principle of my work is: Not everything at once — but everything consciously once. We work through things in focused units. Together we decide which topics (e.g. livelihood protection, asset protection, family) currently have priority and which we postpone until later. You set the pace.

4. Detail clarification without overload

Only when we are working on a specific advisory area do I collect the exactly necessary data for it. We work step by step to preserve your cognitive capacity and avoid information overload. If changes arise in your life, we can adjust these parameters flexibly at any time.

5. The decision brief (Executive Summary)

I work for you as I would for an executive board: I analyze the market and condense the results into a clear decision brief. I present the sensible options to you, show the respective consequences, and make a clear, comprehensible recommendation.

6. Your decision, your space

The final decision always and without exception lies with you. A good decision needs context and often also a little time to reflect. You can agree with the recommendation, take time to think it over, or actively say “No”. You set the rhythm.

7. Long-term support (The moment of truth)

Life situations change, and your structure must grow with them. I remain your dedicated contact person and keep track of everything.

This support becomes especially important in the event of a claim: If something happens, I take on the role of project manager. I relieve you of the bureaucratic pressure, prepare the applications, coordinate communication with the insurers, and keep your back clear enough that you remain able to act in a crisis.
